Terms & Conditions

By accepting the rental you agree to the following terms; includes 2 tons of debris and if over, an additional ton will be a charge of $80/ ton. container includes a 7 day rental but can purchase additional days for $30/ day. Customer agrees to pay additional charge. Customers are not to place the following in the dumpster but not limited to:  Hazardous waste, toxic or corrosive materials, paint, tires, light bulbs,  batteries, and home appliances. Dumpster not to be loaded over the top of container or debris line, otherwise will be removed at customers expense. Any extremally heavy debris such as but not limited to rock, dirt, and concrete. Please notify us a head of time if this is a concern.

If any damage shall occur while dumpster drop off or pickup, waste deep is only responsible if due to our negligence. Our containers/ truck are smaller and lighter than our competitors, they are still extremally heavy. Placing a container on your property is done at your own risk.
